Kevin D’Silva is the founder of Ideateplus and Nestlé’s employee-driven innovation program (InGenius). He is also the co-founder of the Serendipity Collective Ventures. His latest endeavor, Ideateplus provides a rapid innovation process that accelerates an organization’s ability to achieve customer-validated experiments, while developing the competence of their employees. “Bridging the Valley of Death: How Serendipity Collective Transforms Scientific Dreams into Startup Reality”
Successful participants receive funding (up to $50,000 USD) and government incubation support. To date, the collective has engaged 423 active participants across 93 countries, generated 120 ideas, validated 16 concepts, funded 5 experiments, and formed 5 startups. The organization is supported by various international partners including Ideateplus and receives funding from organizations such as ONR Global, SPRIN-D, AMTZ India and Digibio, Estonia.
